Janice and Lena began working together in 2022, initially under the same employer and later as sole traders supporting long-term NDIS participants. Over time, they established strong and enduring relationships with participants and their families, founded on trust, consistency, and genuine care.

As participant needs became more complex and NDIS regulations continued to evolve, it became clear that sustaining a high level of quality support required more than individual effort. Drawing on their experience as frontline support workers, Janice and Lena recognised the importance of building a team that could provide reliable, compassionate, and professional care.

With this vision, they founded a small but dedicated team of support workers who share the same values and commitment to person-centred support. Their lived experience as support workers ensures that every decision is guided by an understanding of what truly matters to participants: respect, continuity of care, and meaningful connections.

Today, Njoy Life-Support Services is proud to provide tailored supports that empower individuals to live with greater independence, choice, and dignity. Our approach remains grounded in the relationships we have built and the belief that quality support is not just about meeting needs, but about enriching lives.
